pka365 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

• Self-exclusion status: You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction on pka365 or any other platform where you have voluntarily excluded yourself.
• Own account only: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.

Each player may hold one active account on pka365. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If pka365 detects multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by matching phone numbers, payment methods, device IDs, IP addresses, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any pending winnings may be voided pending investigation.

3.1 Registration Information

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your pka365 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your own request.

pka365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process.

In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, pka365's Terms shall take precedence for matters relating to account management and funds.

7.1 RNG and Fair Play

Outcomes are not influenced by player account history, session duration, deposit amounts, or any other external factor. Return-to-player percentages are published for each game category. Live dealer games use physical playing cards dealt by real dealers on camera.

7.2 Bet Settlement

• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned before a result is achieved under the relevant competition's rules, most pka365 cricket markets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that settled before the abandonment retain their result.
• Venue changes: If a match is moved to a different venue, bets placed before the venue change announcement stand unless pka365 specifically states otherwise in the market terms.
• Live market suspension: pka365 may suspend live cricket markets at any time — for example, during a rain delay or at a key moment — without prior notice. Bets accepted before suspension stand; no new bets can be placed while markets are suspended.

• PSL-specific: Pakistan Super League markets follow PSL official match results including Super Over outcomes where applicable. Finals and knockout rounds are treated as single-match events for wagering purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pka365. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Registering more than one account on pka365, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with pka365 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes on pka365 for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.

pka365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

Grounds for suspension or closure include: breach of these Terms in any material respect; failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable time after request; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; technical issues affecting account integrity; or player request in the context of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure due to suspected breach of Terms, pka365 will retain any funds in the account pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, pka365 may forfeit the relevant funds. If no breach is confirmed, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
